“Julie and the team at Erie Insurance are absolute superheroes. When my car was hit by a deer, Julie geared up with vengeance in her heart, tracked the animal down, wrestled it to the ground, and punched it in the face to defend my honor. Her ferocious customer service is terrifyingly effective against my enemies, and I’ll never stray.
My estimator took no prisoners at the body shop and wouldn’t “take no guff.” When a slight error occurred during the shops estimate, he ripped through his tight polo shirt like Hulk Hogan on amphetamines and really gave them the business. He enthusiastically gave the guy at the shop an atomic wedgie, you know, when you take a normal wedgie and proceed to pull the waist band of of the underpants completely over the forehead of the ‘wedged’ until they beg for mercy. The estimate was corrected, unlike the posture of that poor man behind the counter. There was serious damage, I’m sure.
Literally nobody in my miserable life cares as much about me as these wonderful people. They have even invited me to their collective holiday party.
Needless to say, I’m happy with my interaction with Erie. Especially the part where I get to practice joyful sarcasm after being sent innumerable requests for an online review.
So yeah, they’re cool by me.
